This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Manage strategic outreach and facilitate warm introductions to promising enterprise clients.
• Convert inbound deals where upselling or tailored agreements can be pursued.
• Offer hands-on support and guidance to clients during the potential Proof of Concept (POC) phase, ensuring a seamless and successful evaluation process.
• Utilize successful POC outcomes to aid in transforming POCs into long-term, revenue-generating contracts.
• Design and implement strategic sales plans to convert leads into valued customers — you will be the primary point of contact for all external stakeholders and are responsible for effectively managing deals and aligning all stakeholders (with significant involvement from customer engineering, product, and commercial teams, both operationally and at the C-level).
• Manage customer negotiations from start to finish, in collaboration with our legal and implementation specialist teams.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with C-level executives, heads of innovation/AI, and other key decision-makers within target organizations.
• Understand their specific challenges and needs, positioning our solution as a vital component of their strategic initiatives.
• Exhibit a thorough understanding of the technical complexities of our product and effectively communicate its value proposition to potential clients.
• Collaborate closely with our implementation team to ensure that customer questions, concerns, and challenges are addressed during pre-sales, deployment, and post-deployment phases.
• Work with our technical team to resolve any customer inquiries or issues.
• Equip internal teams with the insights and resources gathered from customer interactions to influence the product roadmap and align on priorities.
• 7-10 years of experience in Sales (enterprise sales/consultative selling, ideally in a highly complex, technical product environment).
• Excellent academic background: Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Significant work experience in the AI ecosystem or related data/infrastructure domains.
• Experience with a successful fast-growing startup, preferably in deep-tech.
• Strong technical skills to navigate rapidly evolving products and facilitate technical discussions.
• Proficient in English, Dutch, with additional languages being an asset (e.g., German, Spanish, etc.).
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
