This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Build and oversee a growing portfolio of new accounts across various industries implementing conversational AI to assist ElevenLabs in achieving its revenue objectives.
• Discover new business prospects where ElevenLabs’ conversational AI solutions can enhance user engagement, automate processes, or improve cost efficiency.
• Cultivate and sustain a thorough understanding of the conversational AI landscape, encompassing customer use cases, competitive offerings, and emerging trends.
• Exhibit expertise—or a strong eagerness to learn—about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs’ voice technology can generate value in customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and beyond.
• Formulate and implement account strategies to enhance ElevenLabs’ footprint within critical enterprise sectors (e.g., healthcare, government, finance).
• Collaborate closely with customer success and solutions engineering to ensure seamless onboarding and growth of accounts.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on emerging trends in generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.
• Over 7 years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology, preferably with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms.
• Demonstrated success in closing seven-figure deals and managing intricate sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Profound understanding of enterprise procurement and legal procedures, with the ability to accelerate deal velocity.
• Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders; capable of translating complex technology into business value.
• Strong executive presence and ability to cultivate relationships at the C-suite and board level.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment, including the development of new playbooks and rapid iteration.
• Enthusiasm for voice and audio AI and its potential to unlock transformative value for clients.
• A blend of customer and product-oriented mindset that prioritizes client satisfaction and scalability.
