This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Implement a proactive prospecting strategy to discover and secure new business opportunities within the legal industry.
β’ Develop and expand high-volume order flow to ensure sustainable territory growth and achievement of targets.
β’ Take ownership of the complete relationship lifecycle for law firm clients, transforming initial outreach into strong, trust-based partnerships.
β’ Uphold an exceptional level of responsiveness, ensuring all partner inquiries are addressed to maintain seamless service delivery.
β’ Promote the adoption of Harbor Compliance service lines among various stakeholders within a firm, including partners and legal support staff.
β’ Manage a specific territory and expense budget with accuracy, directing resources towards high-impact business development initiatives.
β’ Work alongside internal fulfillment teams to guarantee a smooth transition and consistent quality for all client transactions.
β’ Demonstrated success in field sales, particularly in selling to or co-selling with law firms and the legal technology sector.
β’ Proven experience in portfolio management, with a capacity to guide a relationship from initial prospecting to ongoing account expansion.
β’ Fundamental understanding of legal filings and corporate services, including UCC, business formations, and registered agent services.
β’ Proficiency in modern CRM platforms, such as HubSpot Sales Enterprise or Salesforce, to manage intricate sales cycles and data-driven decision-making.
β’ Capability to work independently in a field-based setting, showcasing high levels of initiative and resourcefulness to navigate market challenges.
β’ Outstanding organizational skills with an emphasis on prioritizing high-value activities and maintaining a disciplined daily work ethic.
β’ Professional assertiveness and the ability to convey an authoritative presence when engaging with detail-oriented legal professionals.
