This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and implement a sales strategy within the designated market segment.
• Gain insights into the prospect’s business through effective discovery and qualification.
• Present the Built value proposition clearly and persuasively to C-suite executives and decision-makers with limited software experience.
• Assess prospects and create business cases (such as ROI and workflow illustrations) to facilitate adoption.
• Advance opportunities through various companies in the construction sector (commercial developers, investors, contractors) to finalize software agreements.
• Collaborate with executive management and other internal teams (client services, product, marketing, SE’s) to ensure an exceptional client experience and continually enhance processes and products.
• Quickly familiarize yourself with the market, key decision-makers, our products, and value propositions, consistently meeting or surpassing established quotas.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 4 years of experience managing the complete sales cycle of a software solution using a consultative approach.
• Experience in enterprise software sales, particularly in sectors that are slow to adopt or complex.
• Knowledge of and/or experience in the finance or construction industries is advantageous.
• Demonstrated expertise in back-office operations.
• Proven track record of surpassing revenue targets.
• Excellent interpersonal, writing, and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Unwavering integrity, work ethic, and sense of ownership.
• Comfortable functioning in a high-growth environment.
• Must reside in Dallas, TX, and be willing to travel frequently throughout the region and nationally as required (up to 50%).
