This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
β’ Oversee multi-stakeholder agreements from initial engagement to closure, managing lengthy sales cycles while ensuring alignment with enterprise purchasing behaviors.
β’ Identify and pursue key accounts within the mid-market and enterprise sectors, utilizing both inbound inquiries and proactive outbound strategies to create a strong pipeline.
β’ Communicate the value of Spellbook's AI-driven solutions through tailored presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that address the specific challenges faced by each enterprise prospect.
β’ Develop and sustain relationships with senior-level decision-makers and influencers within target organizations to drive strategic initiatives and finalize deals.
β’ Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as Product, Customer Success, and Marketing, to ensure that client feedback informs our roadmap and that we consistently deliver value to our enterprise customers.
β’ Keep detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status within our CRM to facilitate data-driven decision-making and accurate forecasting.
β’ Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry advancements to position Spellbook as a thought leader in the legal tech sector.
β’ Additional responsibilities as needed.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B contexts.
β’ Proven success in mid-market and/or enterprise software sales, with a history of achieving or surpassing quotas in complex sales cycles.
β’ Capacity to think strategically and employ a consultative approach to understand client needs and align solutions with business goals.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting confidently to C-level executives and key stakeholders.
β’ Highly driven and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to drive revenue growth and contribute to team success.
β’ Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, adjusting strategies swiftly in response to evolving market conditions and client demands.
β’ Comfortable working within cross-functional teams and adopting a collaborative approach to customer engagement.
