This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Become a specialist in Snowflake’s offerings and engage in discovery calls, tailored demonstrations, and presentations for potential clients.
• Act as a trusted consultant for customers by comprehending their current and future IT strategies to promote the Snowflake solution in the marketplace.
• Qualify prospects and cultivate new sales opportunities and continuous revenue streams.
• Secure, adopt, expand, and enhance sales opportunities with accounts within your designated region.
• Meet sales targets for assigned accounts and/or territory on a quarterly and annual basis by formulating a sales strategy for the designated territory, including a targeted prospect list and regional sales plan.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as sales engineering, professional services, marketing, legal, and finance.
• Over 6 years of sales experience with a proven track record of consistently meeting or surpassing sales goals by selling technical solutions and software products in the enterprise market.
• Demonstrated experience in executing complex sales strategies and tactics within one of the following areas: Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Science, and/or AI/ML.
• Familiarity with a solution-oriented sales approach, experience managing complex sales processes, and possessing strong presentation, listening, organizational, and contact management skills.
• Ability to treat our product and company as if they were your own, specifically by defining and implementing sales plans to achieve strategic and financial objectives, utilizing industry, partner, and Go-to-Market insights.
• Capability to provide open, honest, and respectful feedback, fostering an inclusive work environment.
• Established reputation for enhancing team performance, leading to long-lasting relationships with internal cross-functional partners and the ability to create an inclusive workplace.
• Proven capacity to independently manage, develop, and finalize new client relationships.
• Experience in achieving multi-million dollar revenue targets annually.
