This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take ownership of high-value, intricate enterprise opportunities and drive them to closure.
• Develop a strategic pipeline through self-initiated prospecting, thorough account planning, and collaboration with SDRs.
• Actively pinpoint whitespace, expansion possibilities, and multi-entity opportunities within targeted accounts.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, opportunity management, and deal governance utilizing Salesforce (SFDC).
• Conduct executive-level discovery sessions to grasp enterprise supply chain strategies, risk profiles, and long-term business goals.
• Skillfully navigate complex buying groups that include procurement, operations, finance, IT, and senior leadership.
• Create integrated, multi-product Flexport solutions that resonate with customer priorities and desired business outcomes.
• Establish Flexport as a strategic partner by delivering compelling value narratives, business cases, and solution roadmaps.
• Manage the complete deal strategy for complex opportunities, encompassing stakeholder mapping, decision criteria, and closure plans.
• Lead sophisticated commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and non-standard deal structures.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Ops, Finance, Legal, Product) to facilitate efficient deal progression.
• Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring enterprise customers are positioned for scalable success.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior and executive stakeholders in customer organizations.
• Collaborate with Account Management to identify expansion opportunities for sustained growth.
• Serve as a senior commercial voice in enterprise engagements, providing market insights and customer feedback internally.
• Contribute to enterprise sales best practices, participate in deal reviews, and provide peer coaching.
• Represent Flexport with credibility and confidence in high-stakes interactions with customers.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience managing complex, enterprise-level sales cycles with a track record of meeting quotas.
• Documented success in closing large, multi-stakeholder deals characterized by lengthy sales cycles and high complexity.
• Strong executive presence with the capability to influence senior decision-makers effectively.
• Proficient in advanced discovery, negotiation, and value-based selling techniques.
• High level of autonomy, strategic thought, and commercial acumen is essential.
• Preferred experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or the supply chain industry.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages may be advantageous based on the region.
