• Drive our revenue growth by actively pursuing new opportunities.
• Take ownership of the sales cycle from initial discovery through to closing, encompassing qualification, solution presentation, negotiation, and finalization.
• Inform potential clients about the significant value that respond.io provides.
• Offer customized solution recommendations based on the unique business requirements and usage patterns of customers.
• Manage multiple customer relationships concurrently, guiding them through different phases of the sales process.
• Address inbound customer inquiries with professionalism, effectively resolving billing, legal, security, and technical issues.
• Serve as the champion for our customers, gathering valuable feedback to drive continuous improvements, including product enhancements.
• Remain updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to position our offerings effectively in the market.
• Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the team's overall success.
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team and other departments to ensure a seamless transition for clients and alignment on client feedback and product enhancements.
• Develop strategic plans for key accounts to enhance usage and discover opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, ensuring long-term success and client satisfaction.
• Previous experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven history of success in selling to mid-market accounts within the EMEA region.
• Exceptional command of both spoken and written English and Spanish is essential.
• A strong track record of successfully closing sales within a B2B SaaS environment is highly preferred.
• A passion for identifying customer needs and ensuring their satisfaction is essential.
• A driven and ambitious mindset is critical for achieving success.
• You excel in a flexible and dynamic work environment, demonstrating resilience when faced with challenges.
• While not mandatory, proficiency in French is considered a valuable asset.
• Familiarity with solution selling or similar methodologies is advantageous.
