This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take ownership of the complete sales process (outreach → demonstration → closing)
• Focus primarily on inbound leads (~80%), supplemented by targeted outbound efforts and networking
• Strategically develop accounts through planning, relationship cultivation, and upselling
• Maintain pipeline integrity, forecasting, and deal stages within Pipedrive
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams, providing market insights to enhance positioning and product roadmap
• Represent the company at events, webinars, and in direct interactions with educational stakeholders
• 1-3 years of experience in a sales role carrying quotas in software/SaaS
• Demonstrated success in closing deals and consistently meeting targets
• Excellent communication skills; adept at simplifying and persuasively explaining complex subjects
• An account-based approach with a focus on building long-term relationships
• Organized, self-driven work style with clear accountability for pipeline management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Preferred (though not mandatory): Experience in EdTech or public-sector sales (B2G)
• Experience in selling to mid-market or public institutions
• Background in startup or scale-up environments
• Established network within the education sector
• €75,000-€95,000 OTE with uncapped commission (base salary of €45,000–€50,000)
