This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Develop the dental business region from the ground up, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing target accounts in general dentistry, periodontics, implant surgery, and pedodontics.
• Conduct daily prospecting by uncovering new opportunities within your designated area (East Region).
• Grasp the DM value proposition and its substantial impact on enhancing dental/ortho practice workflows.
• Collaborate with customers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to comprehend their business goals and critical challenges.
• Analyze the territory to pinpoint key opportunities for driving significant sales growth in new business while maximizing the existing customer base.
• Create and implement strategic account plans to surpass sales targets, company KPIs, and objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with KOLs and influential customers.
• Organize and lead local and national events, webinars, masterclasses, and study clubs, while introducing innovative methods to foster peer-to-peer endorsements.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively within a multifunctional team. As the Account Executive, you will hold ultimate responsibility for the customers in your area and must be able to positively influence the team's output.
• Provide the management team with insights regarding market trends and competitive landscape.
• Fully leverage CRM systems to report activities, including 35% overnight travel.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in the dental industry, including capital equipment, dental technology, digital dentistry, implants, or clinical consumables.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, or 5+ years of experience in sales/business development (dental, orthodontic, medtech, or similar fields).
• Strong skills in consultative selling, negotiation, and communication.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client portfolios and achieve results autonomously.
• Solid understanding of market trends and customer requirements.
• Highly organized with exceptional interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, service-oriented, and results-focused mindset.
• Comfortable with learning and selling new technologies.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Possession of a car and a valid driver's license.
