This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implements public relations strategies to fulfill client objectives while ensuring projects remain organized, timely, and on schedule.
• Participates in daily client communications, media relations, creative brainstorming, trend engagement, and active project management.
• Curates and manages extensive databases for media contacts.
• Identifies new editorial opportunities and freelance talent.
• Writes and disseminates compelling pitches, alerts, and press releases while monitoring for earned media placements.
• Creates innovative story angles aimed at attracting interest from major national publications.
• Directs specialized outreach efforts focused on affiliate and commerce initiatives.
• Arranges press interviews and prepares detailed briefing materials for brand representatives.
• Fosters significant professional relationships with influential journalists and content creators.
• Remains informed about industry trends and monitors competitor visibility on a daily basis.
• Manages client recognition initiatives through thorough research, strategic guidance, and adherence to deadlines.
• Takes charge of campaign timelines, ensuring all account milestones are met effectively.
• Develops project roadmaps, setting key objectives and identifying potential obstacles.
• Oversees budgets and team responsibilities, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Incorporates AI technologies to enhance drafting, reporting, and research processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Over 2 years of PR agency experience within the consumer goods sector.
• Proven project management experience with the ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Proficient in using AI tools on a daily basis, with specific examples of their application.
• A genuine eagerness to experiment with new technologies and quickly adapt to new tools.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to work collaboratively in a team setting while managing several projects at once.
• A proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong passion for keeping ahead of industry trends.
