This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process, consistently achieving and surpassing quota and pipeline objectives.
• Formulate and implement a regional strategy to uncover high-growth prospects and untapped markets.
• Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with AWS Sales Leaders and Partner Managers to co-sell and enhance market share.
• Collaborate with our Forward Deployed Engineers and Solutions Architects to overcome challenging technical issues for potential clients.
• Uphold a stringent standard for forecast precision in Salesforce, ensuring all proposals reflect DoiT’s prestigious brand.
• Lead customers from initial interest through to successful contract signing, guaranteeing a premier onboarding experience.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and BDR teams to drive demand generation, from campaign development to post-launch evaluation.
• Travel purposefully (30-50%) to engage with AWS teams, participate in industry events, and meet customers face-to-face.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3-5 years of complete sales cycle experience (ideally in a new business-focused role) within the technology sector, specifically dealing with SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products and platforms.
• Proven success in selling cloud services with a thorough understanding of consumption-based models.
• Consistent history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• High level of self-discipline and familiarity with CRM systems and sales forecasting.
• Technically inclined, with comprehensive knowledge of the technology and cloud computing landscape, along with a passion for AWS products.
• Entrepreneurial spirit—independent, inquisitive, and determined. You proactively generate leads instead of waiting for them.
• Ability to cultivate influential relationships in a matrixed environment and expand social networks that develop into partnerships.
• Self-organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated individual who is confident, meticulous, and persistent.
• Analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented, capable of adjusting focus from the broader picture to intricate details.
• Ability to operate flexibly and independently within a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and German, both written and spoken.
