This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete outbound sales cycle for US DMOs across all tiers (T1, T2), starting from initial contact to signed contract.
• Establish and oversee your own sales pipeline utilizing existing relationships, networking at conferences, participating in speaking engagements, and executing strategic outreach.
• Represent AirDNA at all significant DMO conferences and industry events (TTRA, Destination International, state tourism conferences, etc.).
• Participate in panel discussions, deliver presentations, and establish yourself and AirDNA as thought leaders in the DMO data sector.
• Cultivate your personal brand on LinkedIn by consistently sharing content related to DMOs, short-term rental data, and AirDNA use cases.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of each prospect's market, competitive environment, and political factors to customize every pitch.
• Work alongside the DMO content marketer to provide the team with appropriate materials for conferences, webinars, and client communications.
• Uphold a disciplined CRM practice in HubSpot with precise pipeline data, deal notes, and forecasting.
• Supply market intelligence and customer insights to the product and strategy teams to refine the DMO offering.
• Demonstrated success in selling to DMOs, CVBs, or state/regional tourism organizations.
• An established network of connections with DMO decision-makers (Research Directors, CEOs/Executive Directors, VP Marketing).
• Experience in speaking at industry conferences or events, with comfortability on stage and in front of senior audiences.
• Comprehensive understanding of the DMO landscape: funding models, board dynamics, budget cycles, COOP programs, and political pressures.
• A genuine passion for AirDNA and a clear comprehension of why our data is superior for DMOs compared to competitors (KeyData, Zartico, Lighthouse).
• Full cycle sales experience with a proven history of consistently meeting or surpassing quotas.
• A self-starter who excels without BDR support or an inbound pipeline; able to create your own opportunities.
• Strong personal brand presence or a willingness to actively develop one on LinkedIn and within industry channels.

• Competitive cash compensation and benefits, with OTE ranging from $130,000 to $150,000 (uncapped commission).
