This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Manage an enterprise territory on the West Coast, focusing on acquiring new logos.
• Generate a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calling, collaboration with partners, and participation in events.
• Oversee complete enterprise sales cycles ($100K-$250K ACV, lasting 3-9 months) from initial contact through to closing.
• Interact with CIOs, COOs, CFOs, and leaders in digital transformation within target accounts.
• Facilitate discovery meetings, deliver executive presentations, conduct technical POCs, and negotiate contracts.
• Work alongside the partner ecosystem to identify co-selling opportunities.
• Ensure Salesforce CRM is maintained properly, including pipeline forecasting and weekly reporting.
• Travel throughout the West Coast territory, up to 50% of the time.
• Minimum of 5 years in enterprise SaaS sales, with a focus on full-cycle, quota-carrying roles targeting net new business.
• Experience in structured, outbound-first SaaS environments.
• Strong outbound sales skills with the ability to self-generate a pipeline.
• Average ACV of $75K+; demonstrated success with enterprise sales cycles of 3-9 months.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or a comparable sales methodology.
• High energy, executive presence, and excellent communication abilities.
• Residing in the San Francisco Bay Area or the wider West Coast; open to traveling up to 50%.
• On-Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from $300K to $350K (50/50 base/variable).
