This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

đź“‹ Description

• Oversee the complete sales cycle independently, from research and qualification to appointment setting through phone, email, and LinkedIn, culminating in demos, needs analysis, negotiation, and closing.

• Showcase our platform to potential clients and customize the presentation of value based on their specific requirements.

• Conduct targeted outreach to key decision-makers in the financial industry, such as tax advisors, auditors, corporate finance professionals, M&A, PE/VC firms, hedge funds, family offices, and banks.

• Actively participate in and continuously refine the sales strategy for your designated market.

• Following successful onboarding (approximately 3–6 months), assume responsibility for an SDR who will assist with lead generation and demo scheduling within your market.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in closing new business within the B2B SaaS landscape—preferably in FinTech or a similar industry.

• Strong commercial acumen—capable of identifying opportunities, confidently navigating buying processes, and fostering a sense of urgency.

• Proficient in engaging with senior decision-makers, especially in the financial sector, where trust and credibility are essential. (Experience selling to tax advisors, auditors, corporate finance teams, or banks is a significant advantage.)

• Entrepreneurial mindset—take ownership, seek constructive feedback, and set ambitious personal goals.

• Collaborative team player—while you excel at working independently, you appreciate close cooperation with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to achieve collective success.

• Outstanding communication skills in both German and English—ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences and persuade through clear arguments.
