This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Take full responsibility for the complete sales cycle – from researching and qualifying leads to scheduling meetings (through calls, emails, and LinkedIn), conducting demos, understanding client needs, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Showcase our platform to potential clients and effectively communicate its value tailored to their specific requirements.
• Interact with decision-makers in the financial services sector, including tax advisory, audit, corporate finance, M&A, PE/VC, hedge funds, family offices, and banks.
• Actively participate in and continually enhance our go-to-market and sales strategy for your assigned region.
• Following a successful onboarding phase (approximately 3–6 months): assume responsibility for an SDR to assist you in lead generation and demo scheduling for your market.
• Demonstrated success in securing new business within a B2B SaaS context — preferably in the FinTech sector or a related field.
• Strong commercial acumen — adept at recognizing opportunities, navigating buying processes, and instilling a sense of urgency.
• Confidence in engaging senior stakeholders, particularly in financial services, where establishing trust and credibility is vital. (Experience in selling to tax advisory, audit, corporate finance, or banking firms is a significant advantage.)
• Ownership mentality — you take initiative, actively seek feedback, and hold yourself accountable for achieving results.
• Team-oriented spirit — while you are self-motivated, you enjoy collaborating closely with SDRs, marketing, and customer success teams to close and expand business.
• Exceptional communication skills in both German and English — you adjust your messaging to suit different audiences and present a compelling case.
