This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Drive new business growth for Remote as a dedicated hunting Account Executive in the DACH region.
• Develop "Land" opportunity deals with comprehensive notes and precise close dates.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets according to role level while managing the complete sales cycle.
• Discover new opportunities from initial prospecting to closing.
• Keep a clean and up-to-date pipeline of high-velocity opportunities.
• Present and communicate information to prospective clients.
• Swiftly respond to potential client inquiries and follow-up questions.
• Collaborate internally with departments that support the client process, experience, and assistance.
• Effectively close sales deals while guiding clients through the entire process.
• Understand the communication needs of small and mid-sized business customers and design tailored solutions.
• Self-generate leads through telephone outreach, cold calls, in-person visits, networking, and industry events.
• Report directly to the Manager, Sales - DACH.
• Engage in the application process which includes resume review, recruiter interview, video pitch, hiring manager interviews, director interview, and offer.
• Over 2 years of experience as an Account Executive in a New Business Role or related SaaS sales experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in cultivating key customer relationships, including with decision makers and champions, driving positive client outcomes, expanding accounts, generating revenue, and meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Native or professional fluency in German is essential.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comprehensive understanding of sales processes.
• Capability to qualify opportunities involving multiple key decision makers, initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas.
• Proficient in building an outbound sales pipeline using various channels, including cold calls.
• High integrity and strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated and self-directed; capable of working independently as well as being an active team member.
• Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities.
• Deep understanding of company services and its position within the industry.
• Ability to establish client trust and act as an advisor.
• Competent in forecasting monthly sales to meet targets.
• Experience in the HR industry is advantageous.
• Remote work experience is not mandatory but is considered a plus.
