This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• The Sales team assists both prospective and existing customers in fully utilizing our Global HR Platform.
• This team addresses incoming inquiries and guides customers on how to optimize Remote’s comprehensive range of products to fulfill their employment requirements.
• Joining Remote as an Account Executive in our Sales Team offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the global employment arena.
• This position focuses solely on new business development as an Account Executive, driving net new opportunities for Remote.
• Proficient in both German and English.
• Exhibit a high level of integrity and work ethic.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while also being an active team member.
• Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively.
• Thorough understanding of company services and their standing within the industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of sales processes.
• Proven ability to initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and meet sales targets.
• Success in qualifying opportunities that involve multiple key decision-makers.
• Strong skills in problem identification and resolution of objections.
• Confident in making cold calls to generate leads.
• Ability to establish trust with clients and act as a trusted advisor.
• Capable of forecasting sales to meet monthly objectives.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience in the HR industry is an advantage.
• While prior remote work experience is not mandatory, it is considered a plus.
