This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take charge of the complete sales process, from lead qualification to contract finalization.
• Deliver product demonstrations that showcase the value of our software to potential clients.
• Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Work in partnership with the marketing and customer success teams to guarantee an exceptional customer experience.
• Utilize CRM systems to record and evaluate the sales pipeline.
• Consistently observe the market to uncover new opportunities.
• You possess a proven history as a Sales Account Executive with 3 years of B2B sales expertise.
• Preferably with background experience in the SaaS industry.
• Previous experience working with hair, beauty, or spa enterprises.
• Proven success in sales, especially in acquiring new clients.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex solutions.
• A self-motivated, target-oriented approach with a strong drive to achieve objectives.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce is advantageous.
• Native-level German and proficient English skills (minimum B2), as English is our company language.
