This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will be responsible for closing enterprise opportunities, managing high-value deals across the DACH region, and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor for General Counsel, Legal Ops, Procurement, Sales, and Compliance leaders.
• You will implement a structured, consultative selling process that includes discovery, qualification, solution design, stakeholder mapping, business case development, security/procurement review, negotiation, and closing.
• You will transform customer needs into tangible business value.
• You will develop and execute strategic account plans, which encompass market mapping, multithreading, and land & expand strategies.
• You will conduct compelling product demonstrations and engage in executive-level discussions.
• You will collaborate closely with teams across marketing, product, customer success, and leadership.
• You will maintain rigorous pipeline discipline, ensuring accurate forecasting and high-quality CRM hygiene.
• You should be prepared for regular travel within the DACH region for essential meetings and events.
• Proficient in both spoken and written German and English.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the enterprise segment with typical ACV ranging from €50k to €150k+.
• Demonstrated success in closing complex multi-stakeholder deals with extended sales cycles.
• Strong consultative selling abilities: identifying pain points, quantifying impacts, crafting value cases, and facilitating decision-making processes.
• Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders (GC, CFO, CISO, Head of Procurement/Sales) and possessing excellent presentation and communication skills.
• A structured and disciplined approach to managing pipelines, forecasting, and maintaining CRM hygiene.
