This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Sales Execution: Propel new business acquisition throughout the DACH region, emphasizing mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to contract signing.
• Develop, sustain, and advance a strong and qualified sales pipeline.
• Lead intricate sales conversations with senior stakeholders in security, IT, and business.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and value-centric presentations customized to customer requirements.
• Negotiate commercial and contractual agreements in partnership with internal stakeholders.
• Territory & Account Development: Formulate and implement account and territory strategies across the DACH region.
• Identify and cultivate relationships within strategic target accounts and key industries.
• Build trusted relationships with CISOs, Security Architects, IT leaders, and Procurement teams.
• Represent DuoKey at significant regional cybersecurity events, conferences, and industry forums.
• Collaboration & Internal Contribution: Collaborate closely with Solutions Engineers to provide technical workshops, demos, and proof-of-concepts.
• Work with SDRs to facilitate outbound initiatives and generate meetings.
• Offer structured market and customer insights to product and engineering teams.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of sales processes, tools, and playbooks.
• Share competitive and market intelligence to reinforce positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales (cybersecurity, infrastructure, or complex software).
• Proven success in closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise agreements.
• Strong understanding of the DACH market and enterprise purchasing dynamics.
• Experience in selling security, trust, or compliance-related solutions.
• Familiarity with regulated industries (e.g., finance, insurance, pharma).
• Comfortable discussing security and cloud concepts with technical audiences.
• Capable of confidently engaging with C-level executives, security, and procurement stakeholders.
• Strong discipline in managing pipeline and CRM (Hubspot).
• Willingness to travel across the DACH region as required.
• Languages: German - native or near-native required; English - fluent required; Swiss German and/or French - a plus.
