This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• In the role of Enterprise Account Executive, you will spearhead the growth of our AI-driven patent drafting solution in the Munich market, specifically targeting the Legal and IP sectors.
• Your responsibilities will include acquiring new clients, fostering and maintaining relationships with law firms and large enterprises, and effectively showcasing the value and return on investment that DeepIP offers.
• Develop and manage a focused account portfolio, overseeing every aspect of the sales process from initial outreach, product demonstrations, contract closures, to relationship nurturing.
• Master the MEDDIC framework, maintain exceptional documentation and hygiene within the CRM, ensure a 3X pipeline coverage, and consistently meet your sales targets.
• Build and sustain strong, enduring relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, gaining a comprehensive understanding of their challenges.
• Collaborate with various departments, especially marketing and product teams, to provide market insights, enhance messaging, and propel the product roadmap forward.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to illustrate the value of DeepIP.
• Assist in refining the sales playbook to bolster scalability, gathering insights and best practices that can be applied across various accounts.
• A true hunter profile with at least 2 years as a BDR, showcasing excellence in personalized, high-quality prospecting aimed at educated and demanding personas.
• 2 to 3 years of experience as an AE in a challenging vertical SaaS environment, with a proven history of managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
• A successful track record of selling software solutions with an Annual Contract Value (ACV) ranging from $50k to $250k.
• Ability to lead complex, multi-threaded sales with stakeholders from executives to end-users, particularly skilled in conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Enthusiastic about prospecting and capable of independently managing the complete sales cycle from beginning to end.
• A demonstrated passion for DeepIP’s mission and a solid understanding of AI and its potential applications within the IP sector.
• Comprehension of DeepIP’s business model and the implementation of sales strategies to seize opportunities and mitigate competitive threats.
• A collaborative team player who can work effectively across functions.
• Consistently leads by example with impeccable integrity, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach.
• Fluency in both German and English, in spoken and written forms.
