This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assist in the business development and management of hotel accounts.
• Conduct visits to partner hotels to identify and implement operational savings.
• Identify opportunities with both new and existing clients.
• Professionally engage with stakeholders in the hotel sector.
• Create comprehensive account plans tailored for each client.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and hotel purchasing teams.
• Collect relevant data from appropriate sources.
• Support the onboarding process for new customers.
• Proven experience in an account management setting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in both German and English.
• Driven by results, with a strong ambition and motivation.
• Background in a customer support position.
• Outstanding time management capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
• Highly numerate with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Capability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a flexible approach.
