• Take charge of building and nurturing relationships with current customers, emphasizing upselling through effective deal management.
• Conduct account planning for designated accounts, collaborating with pre-sales and other resources to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Propel the strategic add-on and renewal business of Workday solutions among Major Account customers.
• Collaborate across various internal teams at Workday (pre-sales, digital, value & bid-management, marketing, technical, and sales support).
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP, HCM, Financial, Planning, or Analytics solutions to C-level executives from a field sales role.
• At least 8 years of experience working alongside internal teams (pre-sales, value, inside sales) to meet quotas and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
• Over 8 years of experience overseeing sales cycles lasting 18 months or more from start to finish, while maintaining and nurturing client relationships.
• More than 8 years of experience establishing connections at the executive level within both existing and new business units, while effectively communicating Workday's value propositions.
