This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Meet and surpass quarterly and yearly sales objectives by onboarding new clients.
• Perform in-depth market analysis to pinpoint prospective clients and opportunities.
• Oversee the complete sales process from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring a seamless and effective experience.
• Execute discovery and demonstration calls, successfully qualifying and presenting our SaaS solutions to potential clients.
• Apply Solution Selling methods to comprehend client requirements and suggest customized solutions.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with key decision-makers within targeted organizations.
• Create and present persuasive client proposals and presentations that emphasize the value of our solutions in addressing significant business challenges for prospects.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
• Remain informed about industry trends and competitor actions to detect new opportunities and challenges.
• A minimum of 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including at least 2 years working with enterprise or corporate accounts; experience selling to life science organizations (R&D, Product Development, Post Market Surveillance, Legal, and Corporate Strategy) is preferred.
• Ability to confidently engage with mid-level managers as well as VPs, SVPs, and C-level executives.
• Track record of closing complex deals with larger organizations, from procurement to final closure.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is highly desirable.
• Strong self-motivation and a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and objectives.
• Proven capability to effectively collaborate with others.
• Highly receptive to coaching with a growth-oriented mindset and willingness to experiment with new strategies.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to use language purposefully to elicit valuable responses.
• Familiar with online sales and collaboration tools (e.g., Outreach, Zoom, Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Teams, Zoominfo).
• Comfortable navigating a fast-paced and remote work environment.
