This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Surpass quarterly and annual sales objectives by securing new clients.
• Perform in-depth market analysis to uncover potential clients and opportunities.
• Oversee the complete sales process from prospecting through to deal closure.
• Facilitate discovery and demonstration calls, efficiently qualifying prospects and showcasing our SaaS solutions.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
• Create and present persuasive client proposals and presentations that emphasize the advantages of our solutions.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
• At least 2 years of experience with enterprise or corporate accounts.
• Demonstrated capability to close complex deals.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is highly preferred.
• Strong intrinsic motivation and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Familiarity with online sales and collaboration tools (e.g., Outreach, Zoom, Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Teams, Zoominfo).
• Highly adaptable with a growth-oriented mindset and willingness to experiment with new strategies.
• Attractive accelerators for exceeding performance targets.
