This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Meet and surpass quarterly and annual sales goals by acquiring new clients.
• Perform in-depth market research to pinpoint potential clients and opportunities.
• Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring a seamless and effective experience.
• Execute discovery and demo calls, efficiently qualifying and showcasing our SaaS solutions to prospective clients.
• Employ Solution Selling strategies to comprehend client needs and recommend customized solutions.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
• Create and present persuasive client proposals and presentations that emphasize the value of our solutions in addressing critical business challenges for prospects.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
• Remain informed about industry trends and competitor actions to uncover new opportunities and challenges.
• At least 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years focused on enterprise or corporate accounts; experience in selling to life science organizations (R&D, Product Development, Post Market Surveillance, Legal, and Corporate Strategy) is preferred.
• Confidence in selling to mid-level managers as well as VPs, SVPs, and C-level executives.
• Demonstrated success in closing complex deals with larger organizations, from procurement to finalization.
• Proficient in English; fluency in German and/or French is highly desirable.
• Strong intrinsic motivation and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas and objectives.
• Proven capability to effectively collaborate with colleagues.
• Highly receptive to coaching with a growth-oriented mindset and openness to experimenting with new strategies.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to use language purposefully to elicit meaningful responses.
• Familiarity with online tools for sales and collaboration (e.g., Outreach, Zoom, Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Teams, Zoominfo).
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and remote setting.
