This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Create and oversee your own annual, quarterly, and monthly business plan for your territory.
• Identify new prospects through both inbound inquiries and self-generated leads.
• Conduct qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders.
• Achieve new business and maintain existing accounts at or above quota on a monthly basis.
• Utilize internal champions to engage multiple stakeholders, as well as sell directly to C-level executives.
• Collaborate with HubSpot's marketing and technology teams to adapt our sales strategy when new features and products are launched.
• Facilitate online and, on occasion, in-person product demonstrations.
• Address Legal, Security, and Procurement questionnaires and RFP requests.
• Promote the complete growth platform, with a strong emphasis on the Enterprise license.
• Coordinate with internal HubSpot teams, including Legal, Finance, and Security, to manage complex contract requirements for our Corporate clients.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Closing Sales.
• Proficiency in English.
• Exceptional consultative selling and closing abilities.
• Competent in accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
• Proven track record of high performance (e.g., exceeding quota, President's Club member).
• Strong goal orientation with a strategic approach to achieving targets.
