This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Formulate and oversee comprehensive account strategies that align with customer objectives, institutional priorities, and company revenue goals.
• Analyze customer data, usage patterns, and market dynamics to pinpoint growth opportunities and potential risks.
• Suggest account-specific engagement strategies, solution combinations, and pricing considerations within set guidelines.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, converting business challenges into customized solution proposals.
• Assist clients in navigating solution evaluation and adoption planning, focusing on long-term value and results.
• Foster executive-level relationships and facilitate complex decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Sales Leadership to develop go-to-market strategies and customer solutions.
• Manage account planning, opportunity prioritization, and deal governance processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in strategic account management, consultative sales, or business operations roles.
• Ability to work independently and make sound judgments on intricate business issues.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales analytics tools.
