
Account Executive – Consultative Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Conduct discovery calls with interested leads
• Gain a thorough understanding of each prospect's practice, challenges, and objectives prior to proposing solutions
• Present customized presentations and proposals
• Address objections transparently
• Secure new business and ensure a smooth transition
• Keep precise pipeline notes in our CRM
• Implement structured follow-up sequences through email, messaging, and phone calls
• Work closely with the founder and internal teams
• 3–5+ years of experience in consultative B2B sales, preferably in agency services or SaaS
• Demonstrated success in managing full sales cycles from discovery to closing
• Exceptional spoken and written English; must be easily understood by US-based clients
• Confident and polished during Zoom meetings and presentations
• Strong ethical standards in sales practices
• Highly organized with consistent follow-up skills
• Prior experience in remote work; candidates lacking demonstrated remote work experience will not be considered
• Comfortable reporting to and collaborating closely with the CEO
