This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will oversee the complete sales process from initiation to completion.
• Accountable for the entire sales cycle: from qualifying leads to signing contracts.
• You will proactively cultivate your pipeline and explore new business prospects.
• Build and sustain long-lasting customer relationships at the decision-maker level.
• Provide engaging demonstrations and presentations, both virtually and in person.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B SaaS sales.
• Preferably have experience or connections within the construction or trades industry.
• An established network in the construction sector is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers.
• Strong closing abilities in the SME and mid-market segments.
• Experience in developing and managing your own sales pipeline.
• Confident and professional demeanor when interacting with decision-makers (C-level and department heads).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
• High initiative with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Familiarity with HubSpot and other common sales tools.
