This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Advocate for our innovative, all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions, ensuring customers comprehend the complete value that Pure offers.
β’ Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients to highlight Pure's worth, consistently achieving the highest customer satisfaction ratings in the industry.
β’ Lead pursuit teams and formulate account strategies to ensure all internal resources are mobilized to secure and onboard new Pure customers.
β’ Drive and oversee a healthy and dynamic sales pipeline to guarantee that quarterly and annual sales targets are met or surpassed.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in outside sales focused on acquiring new logo clients or business development; consistently generating $5-$10M in annual revenues.
β’ Authenticity and a sincere desire to engage with customers and understand their business challenges.
β’ Demonstrated thought leadership, creativity, and a Challenger Mindset; the ability to leverage customer insights and technology expertise to position Pure's offerings as solutions to enduring issues.
β’ Proactive hunter with proven prospecting abilities, consistently opening doors to new clients and seamlessly navigating between the boardroom and data center while passionately promoting the benefits of an Everpure solution.
β’ Exceptional interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to easily establish and deepen relationships over time.
β’ Capability to evaluate, strategize, and actively manage a territory to maximize revenue and operational efficiency.
β’ Proficient in leading a complex sales process involving multiple stakeholders, while promoting teamwork and shared ownership both internally and with partners.
β’ Consistent history of exceeding sales quotas and generating referenceable business.
β’ Enthusiastic about ensuring customer success after the sale.
