Account Executive – Cloud Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete sales cycle, consistently achieving (and surpassing) quota and pipeline goals.

• Create and implement a regional strategy to uncover high-growth opportunities and unexplored markets.

• Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with AWS Sales Leaders and Partner Managers to co-sell and enhance market share.

• Collaborate with our Forward Deployed Engineers and Solutions Architects to tackle challenging technical issues for prospects.

• Uphold a strict standard for forecast accuracy in Salesforce, ensuring that all proposals align with DoiT’s esteemed brand.

• Guide customers from initial interest to successful contract signing, guaranteeing an exceptional onboarding experience.

• Work closely with Marketing and BDR teams to drive demand generation, from campaign conception through to post-launch evaluation.

• Travel purposefully (30-50%) to engage with AWS teams, attend industry events, and meet customers in person.


⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent hands-on experience.

• 3-5 years of experience managing the full sales cycle (preferably in a new business-focused role) within the technology sector, specifically with SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products and platforms.

• A demonstrated history of selling cloud services and an understanding of the intricacies of consumption-based models.

• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• High level of self-discipline and experience utilizing CRM systems and sales forecasting.

• Technically savvy, with a comprehensive understanding of the technology and cloud computing markets, alongside a passion for AWS products.

• You possess an entrepreneurial spirit—independent, inquisitive, and persistent. You actively generate leads rather than waiting for them.

• Capability to foster influential relationships within a matrixed environment and expand social networks that evolve into partnerships.

• Self-organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated individual who is confident, thorough, and determined.

• Analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented, with the ability to switch between the big picture and finer details.

• Proficient in operating flexibly and independently in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English, both written and verbal, as well as proficiency in at least one of the CEE languages, such as Czech, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, or Greek.
