Account Executive, Central-Eastern Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategic sales and territory plans to achieve and surpass quarterly and annual revenue goals.

• Oversee a varied deal portfolio, ranging from fast-paced mid-market closures to strategic enterprise accounts.

• Collaborate closely with dedicated BDRs to jointly create territory plans and outbound strategies, while providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high-quality pipeline generation and effective meeting-to-opportunity conversion.

• Assume full responsibility for the complete closing process, which includes discovery, solution pitching, and procurement activities.

• Work in tandem with technical stakeholders (Data Engineers, FinOps) and executives to uncover opportunities for expanding SELECT's presence.

• Collaborate with the Solution Engineering team to facilitate solution-oriented discussions that emphasize the platform's technical advantages.

• Create and implement a multi-channel outbound strategy, utilizing email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate and cultivate your own sales opportunities.

• Remain informed about the latest developments in FinOps and data engineering to offer customers valuable, insightful solutions.

• Lead and participate in team initiatives aimed at refining our sales playbooks and shaping the SELECT sales culture.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English and one local language.

• 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Proven ability to manage both high-volume transactional cycles and complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.

• Technical expertise with experience and an in-depth understanding of data warehouses, cloud-native technologies, and data ecosystems.

• High level of self-discipline, accurate sales forecasting, and proficient CRM management.

• A "roll up your sleeves" mindset that influences both sales and business development efforts.

• An entrepreneurial spirit, characterized by independence, creativity, passion, and approachability.

• A self-organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated individual who is confident, thorough, and persistent.

• Analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented, with the ability to shift focus from the broader perspective to specific details.

• Capability to effectively navigate a dynamic, fast-paced team environment with flexibility.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
