This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, consistently achieving and surpassing quota and pipeline objectives.
• Design and implement a regional strategy to uncover high-growth opportunities and explore untapped markets.
• Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with AWS Sales Leaders and Partner Managers to co-sell and enhance market reach.
• Collaborate with our Forward Deployed Engineers and Solutions Architects to address "unsolvable" technical challenges for prospects.
• Uphold a high standard for forecast accuracy in Salesforce and ensure all proposals reflect DoiT's premium brand.
• Lead customers from initial interest to successful contract signing, guaranteeing a top-notch onboarding experience.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and BDR teams to drive demand generation, from campaign creation to post-launch evaluation.
• Travel purposefully (30-50%) to engage with AWS teams, participate in industry events, and meet customers in person.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a full sales cycle (preferably in a new business-focused role) within the technology sector, particularly with SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products and platforms.
• Demonstrated success in selling cloud services and a solid understanding of consumption-based models.
• Consistent history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong self-discipline and experience utilizing CRM systems and sales forecasting.
• Technically inclined, with a comprehensive understanding of the technology and cloud computing landscape, along with a passion for AWS products.
• An entrepreneurial spirit—independent, inquisitive, and persistent. You proactively generate leads rather than waiting for them.
• Ability to cultivate influential relationships within a matrixed environment and expand social networks that lead to partnerships.
• Self-organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated individual who is confident, thorough, and persistent.
• Analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented, capable of shifting focus between the big picture and finer details.
• Ability to operate flexibly and independently in a dynamic, fast-paced team setting.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English, both written and verbal, as well as proficiency in at least one CEE language, such as Czech, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, or Greek.
