This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.
• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, consistently achieving (and surpassing) quota and pipeline objectives.
• Create and implement a regional strategy to pinpoint high-growth opportunities and unexplored markets.
• Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with AWS Sales Leaders and Partner Managers to co-sell and enhance market presence.
• Collaborate with our Forward Deployed Engineers and Solutions Architects to address "unsolvable" technical challenges for prospects.
• Uphold a stringent standard for forecast precision in Salesforce and ensure all proposals reflect DoiT’s premium brand.
• Lead customers from initial interest to successful contract finalization, guaranteeing an exceptional onboarding experience.
• Work closely with Marketing and BDR teams to drive demand generation, from campaign development to post-launch evaluation.
• Travel purposefully (30-50%) to engage with AWS teams, participate in industry events, and meet customers in person.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of full sales cycle experience (preferably in a new business-focused role) within the technology sector, particularly with SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products and platforms.
• A demonstrated history of selling cloud services and comprehending the intricacies of consumption-based models.
• Consistent history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• High level of self-discipline and experience utilizing CRM systems and sales forecasting.
• Technically astute, with a comprehensive understanding of the technology and cloud computing market, coupled with a passion for AWS products.
• You possess an entrepreneurial spirit—independent, inquisitive, and persistent. You proactively generate leads instead of waiting for them.
• Capability to cultivate influential relationships in a matrixed environment and expand social networks that evolve into partnerships.
• Self-organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated individual who is confident, thorough, and tenacious.
• Analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented, and able to shift focus from the overarching view to the finer details.
• Ability to operate effectively and independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing team environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both written and verbal, along with proficiency in at least one CEE language, such as Czech, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, or Greek.
