• Oversee a consistent meeting schedule with each client in your designated territory, both in-person and virtually.
• Inform clients about Fiserv developments and our influence on their operations.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere for clients to engage with both you and Fiserv.
• Champion and facilitate collaboration with other Fiserv departments to achieve revenue growth, enhance client value, and improve satisfaction.
• Assist in resolving client operational escalations and track escalated support tickets, client enhancement requests, and significant Professional Services projects.
• Organize team training on Digital Channels and Electronic Payments products as required.
• Create and maintain Client Action Plans for key clients, nurture Client References, and act as the primary contact for addressing client satisfaction concerns.
• Support client visits and conferences while ensuring accurate billing.
• Over 5 years of experience in client relationship management, service delivery, and/or sales to C-Level executives.
• Proficient in electronic banking, mobile banking, and/or payments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent military experience.
• Familiarity with eCRM software such as Salesforce.
• Comprehensive understanding of Fiserv account processing products, online banking solutions, and various business units.
• Experience with Fiserv systems or applications.
• Additional certifications in banking or financial technology domains are a plus.
• Must currently hold valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be eligible for this position.
