Account Executive, Business Team Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Lead generation: Identify and cultivate leads in both developed and emerging markets through prospecting, cold calling, and networking while under the guidance of the sales manager.

• Customer needs: Effectively sell to showcase T-Mobile’s value proposition.

• Recommend wireless solutions, which encompass price plans, data services, handsets, and accessories.

• Deal negotiation: Engage in negotiations to successfully close deals.

• Skill development: Enhance skills in prospecting, executing calls, and managing relationships with guidance from leadership.

• Participate in product training sessions and sales meetings.

• Sales approaches: Develop impactful sales strategies, solutions, and proposals.

• Sales automation: Leverage sales force automation tools, oversee the sales funnel, and report on sales activities and forecasts.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)

• A minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in new customer acquisition sales, ideally in a commissioned setting (Preferred)

• Experience in outside B2B sales (Preferred)

• Task Management: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that demands a high level of multitasking (Required)

• Customer Service: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service with strong attention to detail (Required)

• Communication: Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills (Required)

• Negotiation: Proficient negotiating and closing skills, including effective communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving abilities (Required)

• Minimum age of 18 years
