Account Executive, Business Sales

📋 Description

• Generate and cultivate leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking while working under the guidance of a sales manager.

• Recognize customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to showcase T-Mobile’s value.

• Suggest wireless solutions, encompassing price plans, data services, devices, and accessories.

• Negotiate terms and finalize agreements.

• Enhance skills in prospecting, executing calls, and managing relationships with leadership support.

• Engage in product training and attend sales meetings.

• Develop effective sales strategies, solutions, and proposals.

• Employ sales force automation tools, manage the sales pipeline, and report on sales activities and projections.

• Maintain and expand the customer base within a designated territory model.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)

• A minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in new customer acquisition sales, preferably in a commissioned setting (Preferred)

• Experience in outside B2B sales (Preferred)

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment requiring extensive multi-tasking (Required)

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and attention to detail (Required)

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills (Required)

• Proficient negotiating and closing abilities, encompassing communication skills, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving capabilities (Required)

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
