Account Executive, Business Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Generate and cultivate leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under the guidance of the sales manager.

• Assess customer needs and employ solution-oriented selling techniques to showcase T-Mobile’s value proposition.

• Suggest wireless solutions, encompassing pricing plans, data services, handsets, and accessories.

• Negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements.

• Enhance skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management under leadership mentorship.

• Engage in product training sessions and attend sales meetings.

• Develop effective sales strategies, solutions, and proposals.

• Leverage sales force automation tools, manage the sales pipeline, and provide reports on sales activities and forecasts.

• Sustain and expand the customer base in accordance with a territory model.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).

• A minimum of 1 year of verifiable sales experience in new customer acquisition, ideally in a commissioned setting (Preferred).

• Experience in outside B2B sales (Preferred).

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment that necessitates a high level of multi-tasking (Required).

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meticulous attention to detail (Required).

• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills (Required).

• Strong negotiation and closing abilities, including effective communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills (Required).

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
