This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Generate and cultivate leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under the guidance of the sales manager.
• Recognize customer needs and employ solution-oriented selling to showcase T-Mobile's value proposition.
• Suggest wireless solutions, encompassing pricing plans, data services, devices, and accessories.
• Negotiate terms and finalize deals.
• Enhance skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management with the support of leadership.
• Engage in product training and attend sales meetings.
• Develop effective sales strategies, solutions, and proposals.
• Leverage sales force automation tools, manage the sales funnel, and report on sales activities and forecasts.
• Sustain and expand the customer base within a designated territory model.
• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
• Over 1 year of verifiable experience in new customer acquisition sales, ideally in a commissioned setting (Preferred)
• Experience in outside B2B sales (Preferred)
• Ability to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that demands high levels of multi-tasking (Required)
• Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service with a keen attention to detail (Required)
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills (Required)
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities, including communication skills, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving capabilities (Required)
