• Generate and nurture leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under the guidance of the sales manager.
• Assess customer requirements and employ solution-oriented selling to showcase T-Mobile’s value proposition.
• Suggest wireless solutions, encompassing price plans, data services, devices, and accessories.
• Negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements.
• Enhance skills in prospecting, executing calls, and managing relationships with leadership support.
• Engage in product training sessions and sales meetings.
• Develop effective sales strategies, solutions, and proposals.
• Utilize sales force automation tools, manage the sales pipeline, and report on sales activities and projections.
• Sustain and expand the customer base within a designated territory.
• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in acquiring new customers, ideally in a commissioned setting (Preferred)
• Experience in outside B2B sales (Preferred)
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service with a keen attention to detail (Required)
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that necessitates effective multi-tasking (Required)
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities (Required)
