This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Manage the entire sales process for strategic Italian accounts, from prospecting to closing.
• Generate new business by engaging with key decision-makers and achieving your targets.
• Implement the go-to-market strategy for Italy in close collaboration with the Sales & Marketing teams.
• Participate in organizing M&A Community events to enhance Ideals’ brand visibility.
• Provide impactful product presentations and offer insights that contribute to prospect success.
• Work collaboratively with Customer Success and Inside Sales to maximize client value and revenue.
• Act as the voice of the customer by sharing product feedback that influences our roadmap.
• 1-2 years of experience in a comprehensive 360 sales cycle within the B2B or professional services sector.
• Willingness and capability to hold face-to-face meetings with clients.
• Proven track record in managing pipelines and closing high-value deals successfully.
• Excellent business communication skills to craft persuasive pitches and facilitate client discovery.
• A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
• Native-level proficiency in Italian and C1 level in English.
• Preferred: Background or degree in SaaS, Financial, or Fintech industries.
