Account Executive, Bilingual Spanish-English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conducting daily cold calls and sending emails/texts to engage with potential clients.

• Transforming prospects and leads into Bobtail customers.

• Working collaboratively as a team to achieve individual, team, and company objectives.

• Managing a pipeline of leads and opportunities using our CRM (Salesforce).

• Utilizing various sales tools effectively to monitor progress and enhance performance.

• Gaining insights into each client's needs, industry, and competitors.

• Establishing long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with prospects and clients to enhance the customer experience.

• Following up with prospects throughout the sales cycle to ensure ongoing engagement.

• Demonstrating the value of Bobtail's products and services to potential clients.

• Staying updated on company offerings and industry developments.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in B2B high-volume cold calling and outbound sales, ideally within SMB segments and high-activity settings.

• Proficiency in English is essential.

• Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) is a plus.

• Knowledge of the US Trucking Industry is advantageous.

• Experience with CRM systems is preferred (Salesforce experience is a bonus).

• Experience in a start-up environment is beneficial.

• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced setting.

• Proven track record of meeting targets and achieving results.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with confidence when engaging with clients.

• Capability to identify and understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

• Reliable team player.

• A motivated, driven, self-starter; we appreciate those with determination and accountability!

• Must possess a modern laptop with a functioning camera, not older than 3 years.

• An internet speed of 50 Mbps is required.
