This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Build and cultivate relationships within accounts in your designated territory.
• Lead a mid-market engagement strategy utilizing MEDDPICC (MEDDIC) and champion-based selling techniques aimed at mid-market organizations.
• Oversee intricate sales cycles, adapt tendering processes, and take significant responsibility in extensive contract negotiations with users, influencers, and decision-makers at the CxO level.
• Surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals by generating new opportunities and promoting mid-market platform solutions that align with the customers' product requirements and business objectives.
• Achieve immediate results while maintaining a long-term perspective to enhance overall revenue generation.
• Collaborate with Sales Development, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success teams assigned to your territory to prioritize initiatives and allocate appropriate resources.
• Consistently exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets on a quarterly basis.
• Document all opportunity and customer information, including use case, purchase timelines, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce.
• Proven experience selling to VP and C-level executives.
• Proficient in both English and German.
• Over 3 years of experience in SaaS sales.
• Familiarity with digital marketing or a genuine interest in it.
• Demonstrated success in selling to mid-market companies.
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Experience in managing and closing complex sales cycles from prospecting to signing, employing solution-selling techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in team-selling is advantageous.
