This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the subject-matter expert for emerging solutions, collaborating with Account Executives to present innovative offerings that meet the changing needs of clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor during client engagements, simplifying complex capabilities into attractive value propositions that encourage the adoption of next-generation products.
• Utilize “team selling” strategies alongside AEs to generate additional revenue.
• Conduct captivating product demonstrations for potential clients and stakeholders to highlight our solutions.
• Offer constructive feedback to product and R&D teams based on market insights to guide the development roadmap.
• Strategically plan and support the launch of new products and events to maximize visibility and impact.
• Proactively connect with AE counterparts to identify key opportunities and outreach strategies.
• Maintain an expert-level understanding of our product offerings to effectively respond to customer inquiries and objections.
• Collaborate with leadership to design and implement innovative marketing strategies that enhance our outreach efforts.
• Work with team members on new product rollouts, ensuring smooth integration into our sales processes.
• 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles, including solution development.
• Background in Solutions selling, big data, Market Research, or Solutions Engineering.
• Experience with DaaS, SaaS-based platforms, and/or big data analysis.
• A desire to work on innovative solutions coupled with a spirit of curiosity.
• A strong growth mindset focused on continuous improvement.
