This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Accountable for comprehending OutSystems offerings and competitive challenges.
• Actively seeking new business and clients within the SMB/Mid-Market sector in the Philippines.
• Serve as the primary liaison for OutSystems clientele, steering the sales strategy, addressing objections, and facilitating successful negotiations.
• Promote upgrades aligned with growth plans.
• Analyze prospective accounts in terms of organizational structure, personnel, and current technology; Engage executives in targeted prospect accounts.
• Facilitate discussions with senior executives regarding their business requirements; Clearly articulate, both verbally and in writing, and through live product demonstrations, how potential customers can derive value and envision their future with OutSystems.
• Deliver a technical product overview and insights relevant to customer needs and usage scenarios.
• Achieve and surpass targets by efficiently managing opportunities and the sales pipeline throughout the sales cycle.
• Utilize social media, digital platforms, video, chat, phone, and demonstration settings to effectively engage, sell to, and manage OutSystems prospective clients.
• At least 2 years of experience in a quota-carrying role selling to the SMB/Mid-Market sector in the Philippines.
• Profound knowledge of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends.
• Ability to recognize the stages in the buying cycle for each prospect.
• Strong interpersonal skills along with excellent oral, written, and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in handling objections, complaints, roadblocks, and negotiations.
• Capability to effectively communicate with contacts via phone, email, video, and presentations.
• Technical aptitude to provide relevant product overviews and insights based on customer needs and usage scenarios.
• Eagerness to thrive in a competitive environment where personal growth potential is influenced by one’s skills and attitude.
• Ability to identify key elements of potential opportunities, cultivate them to closure, and maintain customer relationships for success.
• General understanding of the IT industry, with the ability to quickly and accurately learn and retain information about individual products and business solutions.

• Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently or under supervision while maintaining a high level of integrity.
