This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take ownership of the complete sales process in Germany, from generating your own pipeline to securing closed deals.
• Achieve sales objectives by concentrating on acquiring new customers.
• Identify and cultivate new opportunities through cold outreach, networking, attending events, and conducting in-person meetings.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in financial institutions, advisory firms, and other important German accounts.
• Regularly share insights and provide updates to clients.
• Participate in organizing M&A Community events to elevate Ideals' visibility.
• Relay pertinent customer feedback to product development and management teams.
• Work in tandem with Customer Success and Inside Sales to enhance customer satisfaction and drive the company's revenue growth.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven success in direct sales or business development within the B2B or professional services sector.
• Experience thriving in high-velocity sales environments and effectively engaging decision-makers.
• Demonstrable hunter mentality.
• A history of successfully managing sales pipelines and closing high-value transactions.
• Outstanding business communication skills to formulate compelling pitches and guide client discovery processes.
• Full professional proficiency in English (C1) and native-level fluency in German.
• Residing in Berlin or within a reasonable commuting distance for in-person client engagements.
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, financial services, information security, or other high-trust B2B sectors is a plus.
• Familiarity with selling in financial or advisory settings is advantageous.
• Proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.
