This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Understand our customers, products, and the workflows of warehouse and dock scheduling.
β’ Observe founder-led sales calls and demonstrations.
β’ Initiate outreach to warehouses and distribution centers.
β’ Conduct discovery calls and demos with assistance.
β’ Develop a consistent follow-up and pipeline management process.
β’ Manage a designated sales pipeline.
β’ Generate revenue from new customers.
β’ Contribute to enhancing our messaging, demo procedures, and sales strategies.
β’ Relay market insights back to the product team.
β’ 3-10 years of experience in B2B sales.
β’ Experience in full-cycle closing.
β’ Comfortable engaging in outbound sales activities.
β’ Strong skills in discovery and follow-up.
β’ Ability to communicate with leaders in warehouse, operations, supply chain, and logistics.
β’ Comfortable selling practical products to pragmatic buyers.
β’ Bonus points for experience selling technical or operational software.
β’ Enjoy figuring things out independently without extensive guidance.
