This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Provide support to field sales representatives by managing customer follow-up after meetings, site visits, and sales appointments.
• Prepare, organize, and follow up on customer quotes based on information supplied by the sales team.
• Address customer inquiries related to quotes, order approvals, freight tracking, delivery updates, and general account support.
• Serve as a dependable internal contact for customers, ensuring that communication, quoting, and order progress are expedited.
• Conduct outbound calls and maintain regular check-ins with existing customers, project contacts, engineers, and other account stakeholders.
• Aid in multi-contact account management by engaging with various stakeholders across larger project-based customer accounts.
• Keep accurate CRM records in Capsule, including customer notes, contact information, follow-up actions, account activity, and pipeline updates.
• Utilize tools such as Capsule, ZoomInfo, and other sales or prospecting platforms to enhance account visibility, conduct contact research, and support sales activities.
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure that customer requests, quote updates, order progress, and account actions are executed promptly.
• Work in tandem with sales representatives and internal support teams to enhance customer experience, account coverage, and sales efficiency.
• Perform other duties relevant to the position as they arise.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2–5+ years of experience in internal sales, account management support, sales support, customer service, account coordination, or a similar customer-facing commercial support role.
• Previous experience assisting sales representatives, account managers, or field sales teams is highly valued.
• Familiarity with preparing, coordinating, or following up on quotes, orders, customer requests, and account-related inquiries.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with confidence in speaking to customers via phone and email.
• Comfortable making outbound calls, following up with customers, checking in on existing accounts, and maintaining regular contact with key stakeholders.
• Strong discipline in CRM usage, with the capacity to maintain accurate notes, contact records, activity updates, and follow-up schedules.
• Experience using Capsule CRM, ZoomInfo, or similar CRM, sales enablement, or prospecting platforms is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a product-based B2B environment such as industrial supplies, construction products, building materials, signage, print media, trade supplies, or similar is highly regarded.
